The Body Rider Dual Trainer is one of the most popular and used Dual Trainer Elliptical Machine all over the world.
If we considered buying an elliptical trainer only, it will cost us between $1000 to $2000 and if we considered a recumbent bike on top of the elliptical trainer, it would cost us an addition of around $3000 or more.
But the Body Rider brd2000 gives the function of both the elliptical trainer and an Exercise Bike for under $200. It’s just unbelievable for some of us to digest it.
As I was also interested in buying the body rider elliptical trainer and exercise bike and was doing some research about the product before buying it.
But there are not many Body rider dual trainer reviews on the internet, so I thought why not write a detailed body rider dual trainer review here.

What makes the Body Rider 2-in-1 Cardio Dual Trainer Special?
The Body Rider or say the Body rider brd2000 elliptical trainer with seat is the most budget-friendly exercise machine you will find anywhere in the world.
One part of the machine is elliptical and the other a body rider bike. This dual trainer is designed to give you a gentle and low impact, yet a very effective cardio workout for your upper as well as the lower body.
If you know something about the Body rider, they mainly focus on Elliptical machines and Upright Bikes. But seeing the demand both of them had, they decided to launch the body rider brd2000.
If we talk about the Look of the machine, it has a very decent look, which according to me under $200 is quite impressive.
Comes with a pair of elliptical arms and foot pedals for upright elliptical use, as well as an adjustable seat that turns the machine into an exercise bike. So you can vary your workout routines depending on the goals you are trying to achieve.
The seat adjusts vertically and horizontally to fit users of different heights and weights.
The body rider 2-in-1 dual trainer is built around a chain-driven fan wheel, with high-momentum fan blades that run quietly and smoothly without impacting your knees, and is a good choice for individuals who suffer from leg, back, or hip problems.
But If you are someone who would do better with just the Body Rider Elliptical Bike, then that is also a great choice. Elliptical trainers are becoming one of the most used and low-impact cardiovascular exercise machines.
By giving you various cardio options like walking, stepping, cycling, and skiing the elliptical rider is great at providing you a smooth and fluid workout experience. At the same time, it helps you build strength in your arms and legs.
If you are not familiar with how exactly the body rider elliptical works, it’s pretty simple, just like the exercise position in the treadmills, elliptical trainers are used by standing in an upright position while holding the handrails of the machine. Watch this video to get a visual of it.
One of the best advantages of the elliptical trainers is that it has little to no impact on the knees, back, and hips, as your feet remain in the foot pedals throughout the exercise regimen and circulate in a smooth and seamless motion.

How Does it Feel Working out on Body Rider Dual Trainer?
Overview ( PERSONAL EXPERIENCE )
So I actually got to know about the body rider from one of my neighborhood friends, who bought it like a month ago, so I went to him to get some first-hand reviews and of course use the machine to get a better understanding of its use.
First I tried the elliptical part of the machine, as I started using it I felt the stride was a little short maybe because I am 6’2 Ft, it would be fine for someone below 6 FT and I am used to working out on the elliptical with a long stride. So that was definitely an issue for me.
But as for my friend, he was OK with the stride, (he is 5’9 FT). I workout on the elliptical part for around 15 minutes. I was actually getting used to the short stride after a while.
The resistance knob worked pretty good, it did add some resistance to the workout, and I was feeling the change with every turn of the knob.
Then I moved to the Air Bike part of the machine, I actually enjoyed the bike portion of the dual trainer more. I felt more comfortable with the stride while seating on the machine. The adjustable seat was also very smooth and easy to use.
After about 5 minutes on the bike I actually sweat out good.
The machine was a bit shaky if you are pushing yourself too much. And can be a little uncomfortable if you are a little taller/heavier, but only if you push yourself too hard on the machine. Otherwise working out with a set time and routine would work fine for anyone.
